Terms of Service
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be requested by calling us directly
- Sedans and SUVs: Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup to avoid a 50% cancellation fee
- Stretch limos and party buses: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup to avoid a 100% cancellation fee
- Cancellations within these timeframes will result in full charges
Client Responsibilities
- Notify us immediately of any changes, delays, or flight modifications
- Provide accurate pickup/drop-off information and contact details
- Airport services: We track your flight and adjust for delays at no extra charge
- Wait time beyond 60 minutes after flight arrival will be charged at $25 per 15-minute increment
Vehicle and Safety Policies
- Strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy in all vehicles
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed for safety and legal compliance
- Seat belts must be worn at all times
- No illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption permitted
Damage and Cleaning Fees
- Carpet or seat burns: $100 per incident
- Bodily fluid cleanup: $250 sanitation fee
- Interior damage (torn upholstery, broken fixtures): $150-$500 depending on severity
- Smoking violation: $200 cleaning fee
- You are responsible for your party’s actions throughout the rental period
Service Standards and Safety Our chauffeurs may terminate service immediately without refund if:
- Passenger behavior becomes threatening, abusive, or disruptive
- Safety regulations are violated
- Vehicle capacity is exceeded
- Illegal activities occur in the vehicle
Payment and Billing
- Gratuity of 20% is customary but not mandatory
- Final payment due upon service completion
- Additional charges include: overtime (beyond contracted hours), excessive wait time, tolls, and parking fees
- We accept cash and major credit cards
Liability and Force Majeure We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute comparable vehicles when necessary to maintain service quality.
