Terms of Service
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by calling us directly.
Sedans and SUVs: Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Stretch limos and party buses: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within these timeframes will result in full charges.
Client Responsibilities
Notify us immediately of any schedule changes, delays, or flight modifications.
Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details and active contact information.
For airport services, we monitor your flight and adjust for delays at no additional cost.
Wait time beyond 60 minutes after flight arrival will incur $25 per 15-minute increment.
Vehicle and Safety Policies
No smoking or vaping is permitted in any vehicle.
Occupancy limits must be followed for legal and safety compliance.
Seat belts are required for all passengers.
Illegal substances and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
Damage and Cleaning Fees
Carpet or seat burns: $100 per incident
Bodily fluid cleanup: $250 sanitation fee
Interior damage (torn upholstery, broken fixtures): $150–$500, depending on severity
Smoking violation: $200 cleaning fee
The client is responsible for their party’s behavior during the rental period.
Service Standards and Safety
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund if:
Passenger behavior becomes abusive, threatening, or unsafe.
Safety regulations are violated.
Vehicle capacity limits are exceeded.
Any illegal activity occurs inside the vehicle.
Payment and Billing
A 20% gratuity is customary but not mandatory.
Final payment is due upon service completion.
Additional fees may include overtime, extra wait time, tolls, and parking.
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Liability and Force Majeure
AtlantaAirport-LimoService is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of comparable quality when necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.

All service changes must be communicated directly by phone to ensure accurate coordination.
Email requests may not be processed in time for your booking.
